Auglaize County Airport Authority Seeks Applicants for Board Membership

WAPAKONETA, OH — The Auglaize County Airport Authority is seeking interested individuals to fill current vacancies on its Board. The Authority is encouraging members of the community who have an interest in aviation, economic development, public service, and the continued success of Neil Armstrong Airport to consider applying.

Board members play an important role in providing operational oversight and strategic recommendations to the Auglaize County Commissioners. The Authority works with the Auglaize County Commissioners, airport manager, and designated airport design consultants, to support the airport's continued development, ensure responsible stewardship of public resources, and promote Neil Armstrong Airport as an important transportation and economic asset to the community.

Individuals interested in being considered for a Board position are encouraged to submit a letter of interest and a résumé or summary of qualifications to the Auglaize County Commissioners.
